How and when do I quiet down? Mind, body, and soul?
Here I am at Sunday in week one of 2019. I’ve got a van load of “goodwill” waiting to be dropped off.
I sorted dishes, decor, and desktops.
I purged clothes, clutter, and accumulations.
I scaled back the refrigerator and the recycle tub is at the curb.
Books and photographs are next. Delete, delete, delete.
I’m 12-stepping my social media addiction.
I’m making a menu, a schedule, and a reading plan. Starting with my friend’s book “Life Is Good, Fragile, Precious.”)
I will quiet my space … mind, body, and soul.
I will choose to fall in love with simple … in my home and my health.
